If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please notify us of your return using the “Return form” button below. This is not mandatory, but it will significantly speed up the processing of your return.
It is important to return the product undamaged and in its original packaging, including all accessories. This ensures that you will receive a full refund.
If you purchased the product through a reseller or dealer, the product must be returned to that reseller and their own terms and conditions apply.
Reflection period
What are you permitted to do with the product during the cooling-off period? You may examine and handle our products as you would in a shop You are permitted to remove the product from its packaging and examine it, provided you do so carefully. However, you are not permitted to connect the product or start using it.
- What is permitted?
Carefully cut through the tape and remove the product from the packaging. This allows you to examine, assess and feel the product at your leisure.
- What is not allowed?
Tear open and damage the packaging or connect and use the product. For example, it is not permitted to switch on or install your cooling appliance.
Depreciation
If you do use the product, return it incomplete, or damage the packaging, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs necessary to restore the product to its original condition. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods
back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
