Delivery
Hyckes supplies all items on the website from our own stock. We do our utmost to state the delivery time of your order on the website. On working days, your order will be shipped the same day if it was ordered before 17:00.
Shipping costs are free for orders over € 50,- incl. VAT. For orders under € 50,- incl. VAT we charge € 5.95 shipping costs. Large or heavy packages may be an exception, depending on the delivery area. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process on the website after entering your delivery address.
Your order will be delivered by DHL or an affiliated delivery service. You will receive an email with a track & trace code the evening before your delivery date. You can use this code to adjust your delivery options:
- Select a parcel point
- Indicate an agreed location where the delivery person can place the package
- Have the package delivered to your neighbors
- Choose a different day or time
